Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, hair care, and fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
