Shipping
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49
- Express options available at checkout where supported
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Address changes: We can update your shipping address only before the order ships — email care@najunaturalglow.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
We want you to love your Naju ritual. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Skincare must be unopened and unused with seals intact (for hygiene and safety).
- Fragrances may be gently tested; bottles must be at least 90% full.
- Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to start a return: Email care@najunaturalglow.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
