Sale Terms

These terms apply to promotions, discount codes, and sale events at Naju Natural Glow, in addition to our Terms of Service.

Promotional discounts

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
• One discount code per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotions apply only during the stated offer window and cannot be applied retroactively to earlier purchases.
• Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, before taxes.

Bundle & multi-buy offers

Offers such as "Buy Any 3" bundles apply only to eligible products shown in the promotion. If a bundled item is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted per-item price actually paid, and the bundle discount may be recalculated on the remaining items.

Sale items

• Final-sale items (where marked) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Sale prices are valid while stock lasts; quantities may be limited.

Gifts with purchase

Free gifts are available while supplies last and have no cash value. If a qualifying order is returned, the gift must be returned as well or its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

General

We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time and to cancel orders that abuse promotional terms (including reseller activity or code exploitation). If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.
