Track Your Order

We can't wait for your Naju Natural Glow order to reach you. Here's how to follow it every step of the way.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How to track your order

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Naju Natural Glow.
2. Click the tracking link — it will show live carrier updates.
3. Allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the first tracking scan to appear.

Didn't receive a tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us at care@najunaturalglow.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Tracking hasn't updated?

Carriers occasionally miss a scan while your parcel is in transit. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
